Annabelle Mateiro
Annabelle Mateiro serves as Senior Vice President, Columbia Group and is responsible for the proper functioning of the company’s customer service as well as financial and administrative support services for Columbia Container Services and Columbia Intermodal. In this capacity, she sets the agenda for how the companies interact with its customers, incorporating customers’ needs with ongoing process improvements that provide direct benefits to its customers.
She also oversees company-wide (Columbia Group) administration policies as they pertain to facilities, information systems and office management, ensuring that quality customer service practices are implemented throughout the organization.
Ms. Mateiro has over 25 years of experience in the cargo transportation and logistics industries to include 13 years in management positions with Palmer Industries. Palmer Industries was an off-dock container storage, handling, trucking and repair company in Newark, NJ. Palmer Industries was acquired by Columbia in 2003 and operates today as Columbia Container Services.
Ms. Mateiro is a graduate of East Side High School in Newark, NJ.
